Uni flote pontoons are constructed from steel sheets of 4 mm thickness, divided into 3 watertight compartments, which are welded to a frame of tubular profiles. The coupling system consists of water under claws that interlock, and are secured above water by coupling pins. The pontoons can be provided with spud poles, these go into a tube that is welded in the pontoon. We can possibly move the spud poles up and down hydraulically with remote control.
Uni flote pontoons are generally used for the heavier work on the water. With the high load capacity it becomes possible to work with heavy equipment on the water.
